As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws, in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the DDG (Digital Services Act). However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the DDG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that has been transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Legal obligations to removing information or to blocking the use of information remain unchallenged. In this case, liability is only possible at the time of knowledge about a specific violation of law. Illegal contents will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.
